計劃目的
香港教育大學特殊學習需要與融合教育中心與香港兒童啟迪協會為回應社會熱切SEN / STEAM 社區支援需求，為熱心關愛特殊學習需要兒童的人士而合辦義工專業發展證書實習計劃，培訓特殊學習需要SEN / STEAM 義工。

計劃主要分為SEN / STEAM 培訓課程、義工社區服務實習、海外或內地專業交流3大部份，活動大部份在週末及星期日舉行。

內容包括：

• 10個單元課(必修理論導修課8個單元和網上評測 80%合格、自選網上自學課程 2個單元)外，另加10次義工實習，大部份時間以業界專家導師指引或工作坊形式的教授為主。
• 10 次自選實習課中，學員會到不同合作服務機構或家庭作實習，亦會於專業機構中擔任義務工作，學員從而能更快掌握有特殊學習需要幼兒行為，和生活環境所面對的困擾，為日後服事發展障礙或特殊學習需要兒童建立專業基石。
• 海外及內地各一次專業交流(自費項目)，更可提昇義工的國際視野！

證書 - 參加計劃開始的兩年內

• 完成75%課程，通過課程評估，課程修讀證書

有關SEN專業義工服務要求：於參加計劃起計的12個月內，於香港區或澳門區內完成最少8次，每次不少於 1小時的義工社區服務。

Workshop: Progressive ABA – 4 Children’s Journey

Workshop: Progressive ABA – 4 Children’s Journey
This 1 day workshop is aimed to provide an in-depth observation at four children's journeys over time in an AutismPartnership program. During the workshop, participant will see how the children were before treatment and observe closely their own individual paths of treatment over a period of years.

Dr Leaf will explore the many different aspects of programming including dealing with behaviour problems, learning how to learn skills, social development, learning in groups and language acquisition.

A video journey will be complemented with Dr. Leafs careful analysis of why specific programs were done at specific times and how the curriculum and approach was flexibly used to help each student develop their skills.

This is a fascinating insight into AP's unique approach and the journey and development of four very different children in a progressive ABA program.

歡迎有興趣特殊學習需要幼兒的人士報讀

回應社會的熱切需求，香港兒童啟迪協會將聯同協作機構每年都為社區提供「親職幼教」、「及早識別」服務與「義工專業」培訓。今年 VPCC-05 是 “打開特殊學習需要幼兒的心扉 － 義工專業培訓” 證書實習計劃 。 內容包括 語言障礙 、 專注力不足 、 其他發展障礙 、 認識自閉症兒童 、 認識過度活躍症兒童 、 如何支援社交發展 、 家長輔導教師支援 、 輔助科技 、 ABA 正向行為支援、交流及實習 。 計劃主要分為義工課程、實習、海外或內地交流及社區服務三大部份，活動大部份在週末及星期日舉行。10次自選實習課中，學員會到不同服務機構或家庭作實習，亦會於專業機構中擔任義務工作，學員從而能更快掌握有特殊學習需要幼兒行為和生活環境所面對的困擾，為日後服事發展障礙或特殊學習需要兒童建立專業基石！

應用行為分析 (ABA) - RBT 課程簡介會

對象：從事或有志幫助特殊學習需要兒童的人士並希望考取國際認可的專業資格
內容：介紹40小時訓練課程的內容、入學資格、考試及認証要求。

P.L.A.I. is a perfect place for passionate individuals who are keen on developing a career in supporting children with special needs. We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our expert team to provide family-centred support for families and schools.

P.L.A.I. specializes in using ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) to support children with behaviour problems, language delay, Autism, and/ or other developmental disabilities.

We provide home-based intervention as well as school support for children from 2-12 years old. Our consultant designs an individualized behaviour support plan for each child we support. As an ABA therapist, you will be responsible in implementing the support plan under the supervision of our consultant. We will provide training in ABA when you join P.L.A.I. You will continue to receive training and support on the job. If you are interested in further in this field, P.L.A.I. is committed to support you by providing BCBA/ BCaBA supervision. We would like to make sure that our staff continues to learn and advance their career.

Responsibilities of an ABA therapist:
 Provide 1:1 support for a child with special needs at school
 Apply teaching strategies that follows ABA principles as directed by a behaviour consultant to implement the child’s individualized intervention plan and behavioural support plan
 Collaborate with the child’s school-based support team
 Data collection and data management
 Prepare materials as needed
 Meet with behaviour consultant on a regular basis
 Attend professional development workshops and training regularly

Qualifications:
 Experience in working with children
 Bachelor degree in related field (e.g., Psychology, education, etc.)
 Master degree in related field will be an asset

香港2015年10月19日電 /美通社/ -- 首屆由愛培自閉症基金（APF）主辨的自閉症研討會，是業界最具規模活動之一。研討會於 11月7日 假香港城市大學康樂大樓四樓 - 演講廳LT401舉行，主題為『自閉症支援多面睇』，旨在提高臨床醫生，醫護專業人士，教育工作者，政府官員，業內專業人士和輔助專業人員，提高對自閉症譜系障礙（ASD）的關注和認識。

研討會之主題將廣泛，覆蓋有關患有ASD人士的各個成長發展階段和心路歷程，會議將匯聚國際和本地的知名專家講者，探討現時政府政策，教育制度、社區支援和在香港及世界各地治療自閉症之方法。透過講者闡述其與ASD人士一起生活的第一身經驗、ASD人士的家庭成員分享、最新研究證據、學術研究和勉勵的成功故事等，從不同層面分享經驗和心得。
