香港兒童啟迪協會 ( Distinctive Learning Society) 成立於2001年，成員來自不同專業對兒童學習障礙有負擔的義工所組成，透過不同社區教育讓公眾了解學習障礙及特殊學習者的需要，令社會人士認識幫助兒童學習的方法, 工具及提供適當的家長輔導，協會於2002年正式成為慈善團體 Ref. 91/6658。

協會自2009-2020年合共提供超過100,000小時的義工服務，連續12年獲社會福利處頒發服務金獎嘉許。2014年及2015年連續兩年獲香港電台社區參與廣播服務試驗計劃基金贊助，分別製作一連十三集的數碼電台節目『我家有個學障兒』及『科技改變人生』。
