社會福利署推廣義工服務督導委員會秘書處衷心感謝已經提交2019年度義工服務記錄報告及申領嘉許狀之機構。 但很抱歉由於受目前公共衛生情況之影響， 製作嘉許狀之公司將不能如期於5月中完成印製首批嘉許狀；並會緊密地與製作嘉許狀之公司聯絡，期望在公共衛生情況有改善後，加快完成印製工作。

Job Posting Charity Program Officer

Job responsibilities:

• Proactively establish and maintain a good relationship with service centers, partners, volunteers etc
• Handle all administrative work of responsible programs, such as presentation materials, data collection, progress monitoring and reporting, and impact measurement etc
• Organise and coordinate influencing programs such as seminars, workshops, etc.
• Assist supervisor to monitor progress and expenditure of responsible programs, to ensure that they will achieve their objectives, meet our pledges, and be carried out within our scope and budget
• Support new program development, including idea generation and proposal development
• Willing to perform personal care tasks
• Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A degree holder in any discipline, with 1-year working experience
• Passionate in charity/community services 
• Excellent team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities
• Strong ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently whilst balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Excellent English and Chinese spoken and written communication skills
• Good command in MS Office, knowledge of using photoshop etc will be an advantage

Remuneration:

• 5-day work
• Working Hour: 9:30-18:00
• Annual Leave: 10 days

APBS Volunteer Opportunities at the 17th Int'l Conference on PBS

Dear APBS Network Members …

We are excited about our upcoming The 17th International Conference on Positive Behavior Support has a limited number of volunteer opportunities. 

These opportunities exist Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and Saturday, March 11-14. Volunteers agree to perform a maximum of six (6) hours of volunteer time in exchange for a free conference registration.

Volunteer opportunities include: Pre-Conference check-in, Registration Desk, Information Desk, Greeting, Ushering, Session Hosting, and Poster Session Aide.

在迎接新的一年來臨前,  提醒大家抽空於2020年1月1日前,  在社區學習障礙義工支援一站通  sen.sld2000.com 網站內的社關紀錄,  申報各位的義工時數及服務紀錄。

若義工在 2019 年內服務時數達至 50 小時或以上,  協會將在2020年1月2日向社會福利署-推廣義工服務督導委員會,  申報獲嘉許義工運動證書的名單 (逾期將不考慮補發)。
