Blossom Minds - a request of volunteers in supporting young adults with special needs in a commercial flower shop.
Role: 1-1 support for a young adult whose mental age is around 6 years old, quite vocal (shouting) at times to voice out her anger…as she was traumatised in previous jobs
Task: accompany her to finish basic tasks in a flower shop such as watering and cleaning plants, basic flower and plants arranging
Working day: Only on Fridays at 1130-1430
Qualifications: mature, pleasant, open, caring and stable personality
